Terms of service

What you are getting

A service for declaring budgets, raising spend requests, routing approvals and recording payments, used through a web app and a mobile app. Which parts you get depends on your plan.

What it is not

It is not an accounting system. It writes no journal entries, posts to no general ledger, matches no invoices and produces no statutory record. It never holds or moves your money — payment happens in your bank, and OrgExp records how, when and with which reference.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having the right to put the data you put in, for the accuracy of the figures you enter, for keeping accounts secure, and for who you grant approval rights to. The product enforces the permissions you configure; it cannot know that you configured the wrong ones.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack it, or to resell it as your own. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.

Support

Support is per plan: email, email with onboarding, or a named contact. Response expectations belong in the agreement, not here.

Warranties and service levels

Any warranty, uptime commitment or service level exists only in a signed agreement. Nothing on this website creates one.
