Two different relationships, kept separate: this website, where you are dealing with us directly, and OrgExp itself, where the data belongs to the organisation that put it there.
This is a draft written from how the product actually works. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. The signed agreement is what governs.
If you fill in a form here, we get what you typed — your name, your email, your organisation and your message — and a person reads it. That is the whole purpose. We do not run advertising trackers on these pages and we do not set cookies to profile you.
Inside the product, the budgets, requests, approvals and payment records belong to the organisation that created them. That organisation decides who may see them, and the product enforces those decisions. We act on that organisation's instructions.
Where data is held, who processes it on our behalf, how long it is kept, and what happens to it if you leave are commitments, not marketing copy — so they are set out in the agreement you sign rather than asserted on a web page. Ask us for them before you sign, and we will put them in writing.
If your organisation uses OrgExp, ask them first: they control the records. If you contacted us through this site and want what you sent deleted, email us and we will delete it.
hello@orgexp.com — the same inbox a person reads.
